We strive to ensure a smooth and secure experience, but we cannot guarantee that the site will be free from errors or viruses. Endeavor Candles shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of this website.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Endeavor Candles and its affiliates from any claims, including legal fees, arising out of your use of the site or violation of these terms.

These policies are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New Mexico. By using this website and/or purchasing from Endeavor Candles, you agree to the above terms.
PRIVACY & SAFETY
We collect customer data when you place an order so we can fulfill your shipment and process payment. We may also use your contact information to occasionally share product updates, sales or company news with you.
Endeavor Candles will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with any other company for any reason. If required by law, however, will comply with any applicable disclosure laws.
Endeavor Candles may update its policies and terms and conditions occasionally.
WHOLESALE INFORMATION
Wholesalers must first fill out an NTTC(Non-Taxable Transaction Certificate) on the NM Tax and Revenue website.
NTTC Instructions

Go to NM Tax and Revenue website and log into your account at https://tap.state.nm.us/tap

Under the "More Account Options" section, click "View NTTC Options"

Click "Buyers Certificate" and then click "Execute NTTC"

Under the "Buyer's" section, use the "Certificate Type" dropdown menu and click "02-Tangibles/Licenses for Resale"

Under the "Seller's" section enter our(Endeavor Candles & Scents) tax ID number: 03-510022-00-2. Click NEXT and you're all done!
Currently Wholesale orders are limited to 4oz candles and orders are limited to a minimum purchase of $100.00.
4oz wholesale scented candles = $5.00/ea
4oz wholesale un-scented candles = $4.00/ea
Wholesale scent offerings are distinct from our own retail scent offerings so that we are not in direct competition with our retailers.

Custom Labels
Your brand, our scents!
We offer the option to put custom labels on the wholesale candles you purchase, representative of your own brand.
Custom labels run a one time design fee of $40 and require you to provide us with images of the logo you would like.
We will provide a mockup and run the final design by you before purchasing and applying the label to your wholesale order.
Subsequent orders with custom labels cost nothing extra above the normal wholesale pricing!
