SHIPPING POLICY
We ship all orders within 3 business days from our shop in Albuquerque, NM

Shipping is calculated by weight for orders up to 3.3Lbs, afterwards shipping is calculated by item quantity: Orders of 16-40 items are shipped at a flat rate of $15.00 shipping. Orders of 41-80 items ship FREE.

We currently ship to New Mexico, California, Oregon, and Montana and are working to ship to other states in the United States. If you need shipping elsewhere,
please email us with your needs and we will do our best to get Endeavor Candles sent to you!
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Endeavor candle experience. If something isn't right, please contact us via email within 7 days of delivery.

Return Authorization is required for all returns.
If your order arrives damaged, please do not dispose of the item - -we may need it returned.
​
Voluntary returns must arrive in resalable condition to receive credit or a refund.

be sure to include:

1) A brief description of the issue;

2) Photos of the damaged item and the shipping box; and​
​
3) Your order number and full name and preferred contact information, including phone number.
